Golf on the Pier
Aaah... bit by bit, the story emerges.
The "leisure operation" on the Pier platform that seemed to have hypnotised our beloved Council turns out to be a mini golf course...
In the document Pier Golf 1, below, section 5 shows that Cain's had pre-application discussions with Dawn Hudd on 1st October 2012, more than 8 weeks before the Pier Trust AGM. The planning application was published on CCC's website 6 days after the AGM. No mention was made of this application at the AGM.
